Description
Features
Equipped With an Automatic Discharge Volume Correction Function
MDiA constantly monitors the actual discharge volume and, when the discharge volume fluctuates due to changes in the conditions, automatically adjusts the stroke number to correct the volume to the target value.
- *
Discharge amount accuracy within ±3% (F.S.)
Compatible With Analog Signal Input/Output
The target discharge volume is specified by sending an analog signal from an external source.
It also outputs a signal indicating the actual discharge volume, which can be used by a telemetry system, distributed controls system (DCS) or data logger.
Equipped With a Deviation Alarm Function Interlocked With the Discharge Volume Fluctuation
The upper and lower limiting values for the alarm are automatically adjusted according to the constantly-changing target discharge volume.
This enables flexible alarm settings suited to the actual transfer environment.
Also Equipped With an Automatic Metering Function
Capable of handling batch injection by measuring the actual discharge volume.
The pump operates until the specified amount is reached, stops automatically and sends a signal indicating that the pump has stopped.
With Discharge Volume Indication Function
The time history of the discharge volume can be displayed on the main body panel during calibration as well as during normal operation – without stopping the pump.
Easy Injection Volume Setting With Calibration Function
Typically the injection volume calibration required a lot of time, with steps for running the pump, measuring the output calculating the differential, changing the setting and repeating until calibrated. Now calibration can be completed with only a single measurement, simply input the measured value.
