Description
Features
Sanitary Type for Ease of Disassembly and Cleaning
A sanitary pump with a stainless steel head, completely sealed structure and no mechanical seals to wear. The clamp-type joints offer easy disassembly and cleaning.
Employed the Single-Cam, Single-Head, Dual-Diaphragm Mechanism
While using the single-head/single-cam structure, two diaphragms are placed facing each to suppress pulsation, which is characteristic of diaphragm pumps. Excels in the flow rate stability and the response in flow rate control offered by the continuous non-pulsating flow.
The High-Precision, Constant-Speed Cam Delivers Stable Flow at a Constant Rate.
The high-precision, constant-speed cam uniquely developed by TACMINA suppresses the pulsation and the two pump head that repeats discharging alternately always maintains a constant flow rate.
Precision Transfer of a Superior Standard Achieved
Our pumps can offer transfer flow with even higher precision by using a refiner or a pulse counter.
Double Diaphragm Structure to Prevent Fluid Leakage
A durable and corrosion resistant PTFE diaphragm is installed along with a protective diaphragm making this product suitable for transferring slurries. This feature as well as the completely sealed pump housing, having no mechanical seal, etc., guarantees no risk of foreign matter contamination and no fluid leakage even in the case when the diaphragm could become damaged.
Stable Transfer of “Difficult” Fluids
This pump is capable of transferring fluids at a constant flow rate of up to 20,000 mPa・s maximum that are difficult to transfer using a conventional diaphragm pump such as high-viscosity fluids, slurries, fluids prone to deterioration, fluids prone to evaporation/solidification, low-viscosity fluids prone to leakage as well as polymer coagulants.
Resistant to Abrasion
The PTFE diaphragm is extremely durable and only needs to be replaced about once a year or at 4,000 hours of run time leading to a substantial reduction in the replacement parts required and maintenance time reducing running cost. Conventional models required much more frequent replacement of the diaphragm.
- *
The estimated life of consumable parts may be reduced depending on the model, characteristics of the transfer fluids and the use conditions.
No Pump Seizure Even When Dry-Running
There is no risk of seal wear or pump seizure occurring even when dry-running because the pump does not have any mechanical parts that contact each other.
Only Two Common Wrenches Are Needed – Simple to Disassemble and Reassemble.
Easy to maintain, anyone can disassemble and reassemble the pump – only two common wrenches are needed.
Fewer Consumable Components Mean Lower Running Cost
With only a few consumable parts – a diaphragm, a valve seat set, and an O-ring, the replacement of consumable parts is easy, reducing maintenance time and running costs.
Good for Transferring Both Large and Small Quantities
Our product line-up includes five models, ranging from maximum discharge volumes of 5 L/min to the high-capacity model of 47 L/min.
A Unit-Type Model Is Also Available for Easy Relocation, Installation, and Handling.
We models available with hoppers, control panels, and casters.
